Venue: Roma Street Parkland, Brisbane

The Brief: Creatively develop a lush, ‘inner-city picnic’ themed event space including VIP areas, cabanas and styled public spaces hosting live music and entertainment. Ensure the space is presented as sophisticated and indulgent in line with the artisan food, drinks and gourmet treats on offer while showcasing the iconic Roma Street Parkland.

Our Scope: Provision of logistical and operational management and on-ground crew to support the event’s lead stylist, Sharon Penny Designs. Construction of marquee infrastructure, assembly and installation of custom signage elements, and decorative theming of picnic areas.

Notable Outcomes: Outstanding attendance for the inaugural event providing excellent exposure for food and beverage vendors. Project was completed on a tight timeline with an incident-free set up and dismantle despite challenges within the event space.
